Re-setting your password
As part of ensuring your online security, we need to verify your identity and therefore cannot issue you with a new password via e-mail. You need to contact our Web Help Desk on 0860 006911.
They will ask you some of the authentication questions that you answered online when you registered, and then issue a new password. You username should be your initial followed by your surname, but please verify that with the Help Desk as well (jsoap).
Remember that your password is case-sensitive, this means that if you have used upper case for your password it will not work if you use lower case in the future.
If you incorrectly enter your password three times, your account will be locked. Please note that you are unable to unlock your account online. You need to contact our Web Help Desk.
